This Epson ink pad program can be used 100%. Just plug the printer's USB cable into your computer or laptop, open the program, select the printer model, and select Port USBxxxx(Lxxx) ( *Do not select Port AUTO * ), then select Particular ….. > waste ink pad > tick “ main pad counter ” or some models may have multiple ticks, tick all of them, then press “ initrial….. ” Turn off the printer and turn it on again. If the green light appears, it has cleared. If it does not, uninstall the printer driver first. Turn off the machine and turn it on again and try again. This ink pad clearing program definitely helps fix the problem of full ink pads.
